Product spotlight

Your team just got a 24/7 AI payments analyst

AI Companion now includes a chat interface built directly into Primer, where your payments data already lives. Ask why authorizations dipped, what's driving declines on a specific processor, or how your network tokens are performing. Get a direct answer in seconds, with charts pulled from your Observability dashboard. Unlike other AI tools, Companion has the full context of your payments stack - drawn from millions of your own transactions - saving your team hours. No setup, no bottlenecks, just faster answers.

Other upgrades across your stack

Primer Checkout

Enriched card data, earlier in the journey

A customer’s card number stores more insights than most teams get to act on in time. Now you can identify the issuing bank and country, network, and card type as your customer types the first 6 digits, with richer detail unlocking as more digits are entered.

Surface the right checkout experience at the right moment, with smarter routing logic and stronger fraud decisions, all before a payment is even created.

Network tokenization

Smarter insights into retries and recovery

The Network Tokenization dashboard now includes two new improvements: visibility across all transactions not just the most recent, and PAN retry performance metrics.

If you've activated PAN retries, you can track how they're performing after a decline. For some merchants, we've seen PAN retries recover up to 9% of retried transactions.

Global Accounts

Streamlined recipient onboarding

Moving money should feel just as streamlined as taking it in. We’ve improved the Global Accounts experience to make adding and managing recipients faster and more intuitive.

The onboarding flow now adapts based on the payment corridor, capturing the required information for that route so your team can add recipients with less friction or disruption to fund flows.

Reconciliation

Nuvei and dLocal now live in Reconciliation

We’ve continued expanding Reconciliation coverage with Nuvei and dLocal now live on Primer, bringing you closer to a single, unified view of payments activity across your entire stack.

That means less manual work, standardized reporting across more of your payment flows, fewer gaps, and seamless financial operations at scale.

Primer for partners

Built by partners.

Apple Pay and Google Pay via dLocal
