FAQs

What payment providers do you support?

Currently, Primer reconciliation supports payment processed using Monext, Klarna, PayPal, Adyen, and Stripe. We are constantly expanding the number of processors we support.

Can you reconcile payments done outside of Primer?

Our unified report works best when you process payments on Primer, but if you have any payments not processed via Primer, they will still show up in our unified report. We might have less data to enrich with though.

Can Primer reconcile fees as well as sales and refunds?

Primer will provide insights on fees in a standardized way and help merchants understand the FX rates, transaction charges, and other fees that processors charge them. We will share as long as the processor provides this data in their settlement report. But Primer cannot check whether the merchant has been charged the correct amount yet.
