The payments industry has spent years building better tools for the moment a transaction is made, driving up authorization rates, improving routing, and reducing failures at checkout. It's become a sophisticated discipline, and rightly so.
But for finance teams, the hard part starts the moment the payment lands: the settlement that doesn't match the bank statement, the payment service provider (PSP) fee your controller can't explain, or the FX conversion that happened at a rate nobody approved.
The tools built to help haven't made it easier. We surveyed 150 finance executives across the US and UK, and found that 73% are already using between one and five software tools to manage their work, yet 71% still spend more than a quarter of their time on manual workflows.
"We only realize how painful FX is once it hits us," one CFO told us. "PSPs add 2%, and we only notice later." Another put it even more plainly: "We can reconcile the PSP, but not what actually lands in the bank. That's the missing link."
That's not a finance team failing to do their job, but a team being handed data that was never designed to make the answers visible.
That ends today. We've brought together three products under a single, coherent finance suite: Reconciliation, Costs Overview, and Global Accounts. Together, they give finance teams full visibility into what happens once the money moves, connected to where their payments data actually lives, not pieced together from disconnected tools.
Reconciliation: Match every transaction to a single source of truth
When a business runs payments across multiple PSPs, each one sends its own settlement file, in its own format, and on its own schedule. None of them report in a way that maps cleanly to your settlements.
Reconciliation pulls this settlement data directly from your PSPs. It normalizes everything into a single ledger, matches it automatically, and flags every discrepancy before it becomes a month-end problem.

For finance teams that have spent years treating manual reconciliation as a cost of doing business, this changes what month-end actually looks like. Audit trails are assembled automatically and the data you're working from is the actual data, not an approximation built from multiple reports.
Costs Overview: Understand exactly what you're paying and why
Costs Overview is built into Reconciliation and gives finance teams access to 100+ cost data points, something most have never had: a complete, real-time breakdown of what every PSP is actually charging them.
The dashboard surfaces five headline metrics, each with month-on-month movement so variance is visible immediately.

Processor fees, interchange fees, scheme fees, and other fees are broken out as distinct line items, not blended into a single number. For most finance teams, it's the first time they can see exactly what they're paying for and to whom.
Switch to the effective cost rate view and you can compare the true cost across processors, normalized by transaction volume, so you can see whether the PSP with the lowest headline rate is actually the cheapest at your volume and card mix. Most businesses have never had the data to calculate that accurately. With Reconciliation, Costs Overview is now available by default.
Global Accounts: Control what happens after the payment lands
"We don't need another dashboard. We need levers we can actually pull."
Global Accounts is that lever. When a payment settles, most PSPs make a currency decision on your behalf, converting funds at a rate you didn't approve, at a moment you didn't choose. For businesses operating across multiple currencies, this creates what one Finance VP described as paying FX twice without realizing it: accepting in EUR, settling in GBP, then converting back to EUR to pay European suppliers. Two conversions, neither necessary, nor cheap.

Global Accounts* lets you hold, convert, and move balances across more than 22 currencies, on a timeline your team controls. Make your money move when you decide, not when your PSP decides for you.
